Our chef, Loic, makes a point of selecting quality local produce, which he sublimates with experience and know-how, according to the season, to help you discover regional specialties: charcuterie from Aveyron, tripoux, calf's head with ravigote sauce, lamb sweetbreads and Aubrac meats follow one another in our generously served plates.
